Respect, fairness, openness are just a few words that describe my overall approach to solving complex problems. There is a way to do things that promote all these values and if we follow the process we can get to the best overall outcome. Sometimes the process itself is the very thing we are trying to improve. We can always refine our system and deliver better quality results. We can only do these things under the axiom of: fairness, respect, and openness to new ideas.
